This fast, cost-conscious renovation transformed a dated rental into a more functional and inviting home. By adding a new deck and unit entry, we were able to convert the former mudroom into a second bedroom. The kitchen was refreshed using the existing cabinetry as a base, enhanced with custom details to elevate the overall look. New flooring, a reconfigured closet to accommodate a washer and dryer, and a custom built-in closet completed this efficient, budget-friendly makeover.
